Terms & Conditions

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders must be confirmed in writing and may require a purchase order or signed approval before production.
• No order is considered final until confirmed by TekSkin in writing.
• Orders for custom-branded products are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

• All prices are quoted in AUD and exclude GST unless otherwise specified.
• Payment terms are strictly as stated on the invoice (typically 14 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed).
• For first-time clients or large custom jobs, TekSkin may require part or full payment upfront.
• Late payments may incur interest charges at 2% per month.

• Clients must supply final logos or artwork in high-resolution vector format (e.g. .ai, .eps, or .pdf).
• TekSkin will provide digital proofs where applicable. It is the client’s responsibility to check all details and approve in writing.
• Approval of artwork constitutes acceptance of all design, layout and content. TekSkin accepts no liability for errors approved by the client.

• Typical production lead time is 7–14 business days from artwork approval, depending on order size and stock availability.
• Urgent turnaround requests may be accommodated but are subject to scheduling and may incur additional charges.
• Lead times may vary during peak periods.

• All deliveries are made via trusted third-party couriers or freight services.
• Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. TekSkin is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
• Risk in the goods passes to the client upon dispatch from our Melbourne facility.

• As all products are made to order, TekSkin does not accept returns for change of mind.
• Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 5 business days of receipt.
• If a fault is confirmed, TekSkin will repair, replace or refund the item at its discretion.
• Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

• Client-supplied logos and brand assets remain the property of the client.
• The client warrants that it holds all necessary rights to reproduce any branding or artwork provided.
• TekSkin retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• TekSkin’s liability is limited to the cost of the goods or services supplied.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, or damage arising from use or misuse of our products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
